Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. General
These Terms of Service govern the use of the website and services provided by Cube, an AI automation agency. By using our website or services, you accept these terms. These terms are governed by Belgian law, in particular the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Wetboek van Economisch Recht / Code de droit économique).
2. Services
Cube provides services including:
• Design and implementation of business process automations
• System and tool integrations
• Custom AI assistant development
• Data extraction and processing
• CRM and sales process automation
The specific scope of each project is agreed individually in a contract with the client.
3. Free Consultation
The free consultation offered (30 minutes) is exploratory in nature and does not obligate either party to enter into a business relationship. Cube reserves the right to decline a consultation without stating a reason.
4. Payments and Contracts
The financial terms of each project — including price, payment schedule, and delivery timeline — are set out in an individual contract signed before work begins. Prices indicated on the website are indicative only. In accordance with Belgian B2B law (Law of 4 April 2019), payment terms and late payment interest are governed by the applicable contract.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, graphics, code, logos) is the property of Cube and is protected by Belgian and European intellectual property law. Rights to delivered automations and products transfer to the client upon full payment, as set out in the project contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Belgian law, Cube is not liable for:
• Interruptions to third-party services (APIs, external platforms)
• Damages resulting from improper use of delivered solutions
• Indirect or consequential business losses
Cube's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant project.
7. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer (natural person acting outside professional capacity), you may have additional rights under Belgian consumer protection law (Book VI of the Code of Economic Law), including a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts where applicable.
8. Changes to Terms
Cube reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
