Cube didn't start with a business plan. It started with a problem — watching capable teams spend most of their day on work that shouldn't require a human at all. Copy-pasting data. Chasing approvals. Manually updating spreadsheets. Work that was slow, error-prone, and frankly soul-draining.
We're Adrian and Wojciech — two people who met through a shared obsession with making systems work better. We come from operational backgrounds where inefficiency has real, measurable costs. That experience gave us something most tech agencies don't have: we understand the business problem before we touch a single tool.
